Need to request a refund to our email address
Include name, address and order and reasons why wish to refund / replace
If refund / replacement is found to be valid we will refund / replace next working day
We don’t refund postage prices
We may charge a 25% restocking fee
Opened items can’t be returned unless faulty
Customer has 3 working days to request and we will reply within 3 working days
Once return is accepted we will supply return address ( at customer costs if not faulty or our fault )
Personalised items are non refundable
Delayed items is out of our control however we are more than happy to help track these. Pls be patient as couriers having busy periods
Items lost by courier will only be resent once resolved with courier ( ie will be resent out )
Incorrect & damaged orders need to email immediately to our email address with photos of order received
